Mailing List

The mailing list module is used to collect email addresses for website promotional purposes. The website subscription page lets viewers subscribe or unsubscribe from the mail list.

To subscribe: the user needs to enter their first name, last name and email address then click subscribe. Upon successful subscription their details are entered into your mailing list automatically on your website.

To unsubscribe: the user needs to enter their email address and click unsubscribe. Their details are then removed from your mailing list automatically on your website.



By accessing the Mailing List administration area of your website you have access to a range of features including:

  • Add, Edit and Delete mailing list accounts
  • Export your mailing list as a comma separated file
  • Email your mailing list via the mailto: link
  • Use the page numbers to navigate through your records
  • Click on the Column headings to sort items in the list
